How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except for the US holidays. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from with your tracking information.


How do I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. We aim to ship orders out within 2 business days of your submitting them on the website. Depending on the shipping method you selected and your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you. If you can’t find the shipment confirmation email, double-check your spam folder or feel free to email us at and we will send you a copy.

Cellcosmet does not accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivery is confirmed by our shipping partner.


How much is shipping?  

Cellcosmet offers free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 in the continental United States. If you select express service, it will be charged at the current shipping rate by the provider. 


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

Cellcosmet offers shipping to PO Boxes via the United States Postal Service. We will ship to (Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, shipping will be charged at the current shipping rate by the provider.

Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, shipping will be charged at the current shipping rate by the provider to the customer.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Cellcosmet does not ship to international addresses.


Payment Authorizations  

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the date the order is processed?).

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and PayPal.


How do I cancel or modify my order? 

Once you submit your order, we are unable to make cancelations or changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us with your name and order number, and a Customer Care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.


Do you charge Sales Tax  

Cellcosmet charges sales tax for items shipped to the following states: NY, DE, PA


Maximum Purchase Policy 

At this time, we must limit product purchases to no more than three (3) units per item. Orders exceeding their maximum purchase limit are subject to cancelation. See Terms & Conditions for more information about Cellcosmet’s Purchase Related Policies or Contact Us with questions.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. 

Returns Policy

Only items purchased on the website may be returned. We do not accept returns for products purchased through a retailer. Products purchased from must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Additionally, if your order included free samples and/or gifts, these items must also be returned.

Items noted as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return. Cellcosmet monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.

To Request a Return

Please send us a message at with your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Upon receiving the returned product(s), a refund will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product(s) and sales tax (if applicable). All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the items. We recommend that you ship your returns using a recorded or signed for service and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 2-3 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.

How long does the return process take?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Depending on your banking institution, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon our receipt of the product.
